Here you can track the status of ongoing requests, send an receive new messages from your Pharming representative, view your request, submit a new revision of the form data, or upload new documents.
Each request is assigned an individual tracking number automatically by the system. You will receive email alerts if the status of your request changes or if you receive new messages from your Pharming representative. Once a submission is In Review, Approved, or Denied, the request cannot be edited and new uploads cannot be made. If any changes are required, please send a message using the inbuilt messaging system.
